Truck Weighing mode is primarily intended for weighing products transported by vehicles on a Weigh-Truck platform.
The process normally includes two weighings: one to obtain the gross weight, that is, the weight of the vehicle with the product, and another to obtain the tare, which will be the weight of the empty vehicle.
Truck Weighing can work in Exclusive or Shared Mode:
Shared: The first and second weighing of a Vehicle can be done in different Weighbridges, as long as they are configured in the same Operation Mode.
You can configure the following fields:
Vehicle: Licence plate. This field is always active;
Entity: Company, Customer or Supplier;

ETVIS has a set of tables: Registration, Entity, Driver, Item, RFID Cards, External Data, Weighings and Weighing Map, which will be covered later in this manual
Normal weighing involves two weighings, one for gross weight and one for tare.
Access to the different elements to be included in the weighing.
These are:
All these tabs have a similar interface, described in the following items.
There is also an additional tab called Weighing which will be described in detail in the last item.
This field displays the Licence plate, Entity, Driver or Article that was selected to be used in the Weighing and will be visible in the Weighing Ticket.
Provides a list of the last used elements in order to allow the selection of an element more quickly and simply.
If the registration element is part of a weighing in progress, it will be displayed in red. If this licence plate is selected, all the data for that weighing in progress will be loaded.
When the button is pressed, a window with the elements available in the table is displayed.
Removes the previously selected element.
Update vehicle tare.
In this tab we have all the data available to carry out the weighing.
On the right side, is available the key or button for carrying out the weighing.
When a weighing is carried out, it is possible to preview the receipt and print it.
The operations to be carried out are as follows:
If the first weighing is registered, the process is pending the completion of the second weighing. This process is available in the weighing in progress section in the main menu.
If the second weighing is carried out, the process is considered complete. A receipt will be issued (if the equipment is prepared for it). After finishing the second weighing, the licence plate will be available again to start a new process.
A licence plate can never have more than one weighing in progress.
ETVIS allows the registration of the tare of vehicles together with the licence plate, which can be used later in the weighing. process. This means that it is not necessary to register the tare in each weighing process, using the previously programmed value instead.
The advantage of this type of process is the time saving spent in weighing the tare, having the disadvantage relatively high that weight differences can occur between the actual tare and the pre-programmed tare.
In cases where vehicles transport more than one type of product, the net weight will have to be calculated individually.
The procedure is as follows:
The simple weighing is very similar to the normal weighing, with the difference that only one weighing is performed, and its purpose is to determine the vehicle’s weight at a given time.
It is possible to configure the following fields:
Vehicle: Vehicle licence plate. This field is always active;
Entity: Company, Customer or Supplier;
Driver: Driver’s name;
Item: Product to be weighed;
